STAYING YOU. STAYING HOME.

There’s a lot to love about staying at home.

Your favourite chair. Familiar neighbours. The little routines that make a day your own.

For people in Bognor Regis and Chichester, care at home can be a practical alternative to moving into a care home. Support comes to you, helping you stay connected to the places and people you know.

We’ll listen to what you want to keep doing yourself and where a helping hand would make life easier. Together, we’ll agree a personal plan that can change with you.

FROM OUR FAMILY TO YOURS

A family tradition.

A personal promise.

Our family’s story in care began in the 1990s. In 2009, Gary and Sue brought that experience into the community, opening our home care agency.

Today, three generations share the same commitment: to know the person behind the care plan, make time to listen and treat every home with respect.

We’re still independent, still family-run and still here in Bognor Regis. When you call, you’re talking to people who care about this community too.

A LITTLE CLARITY

Your questions, answered.

There’s no such thing as a small question when it comes to choosing care.

  • What can home care help with?

Support can include washing and dressing, meals, medication reminders and agreed assistance, mobility, light household tasks, shopping and companionship. We also offer dementia, overnight, live-in and end-of-life care. We’ll discuss which support is suitable for your circumstances.

  • How quickly can care begin?

The timing depends on the type of support you need, the assessment and carer availability. If your situation is urgent, please call our team so we can explain what may be possible and the next steps. We’ll be clear about the arrangements before care starts.

  • How much does home care cost?

Costs depend on the type and amount of support, and the arrangements agreed in your care plan. Contact us to talk through your needs and request a personalised explanation of costs. You can ask questions and understand the charges before deciding.

  • Will we see the same carers?

We know familiar faces make a difference. Wherever possible, we arrange regular carers who can get to know your routines and preferences. Our office team can talk through how visits are organised and help if you have a concern.

  • Can the support change over time?

Yes. Your care plan can be reviewed as your circumstances change. You may need different tasks, more frequent visits or a discussion about overnight or live-in care. We’ll work with you to agree appropriate changes and check the support available.

  • Can you support someone living with dementia?

Yes. We provide dementia support that takes account of the individual, their routines and their preferences. We’ll discuss the help needed at an assessment and work with the person and their family to plan suitable support at home.

  • What is the difference between overnight and live-in care?

Overnight care is arranged for support during the night, with sleeping or waking night options depending on the help needed. Live-in care involves a carer living in the home. The assessment establishes the care arrangements, including daytime and night-time needs.

  • Can I arrange care for a family member?

Yes, you’re welcome to contact us on behalf of a loved one. We’ll listen to your concerns, explain the process and involve the person receiving care in planning their support. You don’t need to know exactly which service to ask for before calling.
